Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
