Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Summit Manufacturing is a San Jose manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
