Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Summit Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
