Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Vale Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
