Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sable Press and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
