Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ridge Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 339 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
