Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Press produces print and digital publications in Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 549 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
