Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
