Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Pike Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
