Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Greenridge Field Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
