Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Silverline Rook Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Miami. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
