Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Rowan Foods Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
