Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
