Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Redstone Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
