Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Kansas City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
