Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bright Summit Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
