Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Nova Corner Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
