Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
