Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
