Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bright Mill Foods is a Boise food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
