Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
