Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Farms is an agricultural business based around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 980 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
