Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Stonegate Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
