Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Rivermark Amber Press is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
