Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
