Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield Willow Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
