Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Farms Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
