Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Summit North Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
