Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield Pine Medical is a Austin company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
