Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Clearpath Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Sacramento producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
