Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Summit Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
