Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bright Drift Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Sacramento region. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
