Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bridge Farms and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
