Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Seattle, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
