Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Auto Group is a Boise company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
