Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 237 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
