Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield North Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 258 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
