Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
