Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Vale Medical designs and makes medical devices in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
