Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
