Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Oak Foods Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls.
