Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Summit Manufacturing and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
