Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
