Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Amber Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims.
