Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Timber Pharma and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
