Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Forge Farms and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
