Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Ashton Foods is a Knoxville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
