Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Willow Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
