Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Yarrow Foods and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
