Senior Production Supervisor - safety and training (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Field Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
